Which personal data we collect and why we do so
If visitors leave reactions on the site, we collect the data shown in the reaction form, the IP-address of the visitor and the browser user agent to avoid spam.
If you leave a reaction on our site, you can point out if we can save your name, e-mail address and website in a cookie. We do so for your comfort so that you need not fill out these date in case of a new reaction. These cookies are valid for one year.
If you change or publish a post, an additional cookie is saved by your browser. This cookie does not contain personal data and only contains the post ID of the message you have edited. This cookie is expired the next day.

Posts on this website may contain enclosed (embedded) content, e.g. videos, pictures, messages, etc. . Embedded content of other websites is dealt with in the same way as if the visitor has visited that other website.

With whom we share your data
How long we store your data
If you leave a reaction, this reaction and the metadata of that reaction are saved permanently. This way we can track subsequent reactions and approve them autmatically instead of having to moderate them.
Data obtained on the basis of subscription to newsletters are stored up to 5 years after the last interaction (unsubscription, reaction), to 10 years after the last concert attendance.
Rights relating to your own data
If you have posted reactions, you can ask for an export file of your personal data we have including all data you have given to us. You can also request we delete these personal data relating to you. This is exclusive of all data we are obliged to store in the context of administrative, legal or security purposes.
The export of the data for the newsletter can be asked for. Unsubscribing to newsletters can be done by clicking on the button at the bottom of each newsletter or by simply asking via mail.
Whereto we send your data
Visitors’ comments can be checked by an automated spam service. Your data are sent outside the EU to Mailchimp in connection with the sending of newsletters. Your data are protected the same way as is the case in Europe: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/#5._General_Information
